Alba AM/FM Shower Radio

Alba Shower Radio

This simple Alba Shower Radio is designed to hang in your shower, it resembles a shower gel bottle in size and shape but actually will pump out tunes rather than soap! It’s an analogue radio (not digital) and is most probably one of the least expensive models on the market. It’s has one speaker which you can see built into the bottom of the radio and has a power output of 0.05 watts, this is small but reasonable if you place it front of you whilst in the shower. The switches on the front of the radio allow you to change between AM and FM stations so 5 live, Radio 1,2,3 and 4 are all available. Reviews have noted that the radio is cheap and cheerful and easy to use, some have have mentioned that reception is sometimes a problem if your bathroom has thick walls surrounding it. A good way to test is take a home radio or radio alarm clock into the bathroom and see how it performs. It costs around £12 and would make a great stocking filler or gift for a dad! If you want to listen to a radio in the bathroom then this is an inexpensive option, the unit does not have the greatest reception and sound quality but it is audible and does the job. Read more Alba Shower Radio Reviews
